Boys books
The imagination of a child (and some adults who refuse to grow up!) can bring beautifully illustrated tales to life.
Etching printed on 25 x 35cm Somerset Satin paper 300g from an edition of 40
The imagination of a child (and some adults who refuse to grow up!) can bring beautifully illustrated tales to life and there's nothing better than being so engrossed in a book that the characters have in fact left the pages and entered the quiet of your room. A black and white etching and aquatint. I have redrawn the original sketch onto a grounded zinc plate and added an aquatint to achieve the tones. The plate is inked for every number in the edition meaning each print is in effect unique.
